When will you ship my order?

Orders are processed within 3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5-7 business days via USPS. UPS may be a bit faster. Delivery times vary by location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping for orders $50 and less ship for a flat rate of $7.99. Orders over $50 ship free. Custom order shipping will vary depend on product order and quantity.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship only to the continental United States.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

Start with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office. Still no luck? Email us at upport@limestonelather.com and we'll sort it out.

Porch Pirates are a thing in many areas. We suggest choosing package insurance in case something happens once your package is delivered.

Our Products

Is your soap safe for sensitive skin?

Our soaps are made with goat milk and plant based oils. Most people with sensitive skin do well with our products. If you have a known allergy to any ingredient, check the full ingredient list on each product page. When in doubt, start with our unscented bar.

How long does handmade soap last?

Unopened, our soaps keep their scent for 12 months or more. If you discover one in the back of your cabinet-no worries. Soap has practically an indefinite shelf life. Once you start using a bar, it'll last several weeks with daily use. For longest life, let your bar dry out between uses and store it on a draining soap dish.

Why does each bar look a little different?

Every bar is made by hand in small batches, so slight variations in color, swirl pattern, and size are completely normal — and a sign that a real person made your soap. The ingredients and quality are consistent batch to batch.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start processing orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Email us at support@limestonelather.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped we can't make changes to it.

What's your return policy?

Because our products are personal care items, we don't accept returns on opened or used products. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. We stand behind what we make.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Email us at support@limestonelather.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement right away.

Where are you located?

Our production and administrative functions are located in Jeffersonville, Indiana Our goat herd lives in Kentucky. We don't have a retail storefront, but you can find us at local markets and events — check out our events page or follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop.

Do you sell at local markets or events?

We pop up at local events a few times a year. The best way to catch us in person is to follow along on Instagram or join our email list, or check out our events page.
