At Limestone & Lather, we want you to love everything you purchase from us. We take great care in crafting our products, and we hope they bring a little extra joy to your day.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Our 30-Day Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, we ask that your item be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unused and in its original packaging.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or a receipt.

A Note on Hygiene: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on soaps, skincare, or other personal care items that have been opened or used. If an item arrives damaged or you have a concern about the quality of your order, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

We keep things simple. If you need to make a return, please send a quick note to support@limestonelather.com.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and easy instructions on how and where to send your package. Please keep in mind that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
